How the deposit works
First two months are due at signing and cover discovery and design. The remaining ten payments begin when your site launches. You don't pay for work you haven't seen.
Ownership and transfer
You own your content and design from day one. Your site lives on Firefly's infrastructure during the agreement. Request a full file transfer and DNS migration after payoff for a one-time $150 fee.

Need a web app, estimating tool, or something beyond a marketing site? Custom projects are scoped and priced separately. Write and tell us what you're building.
The confidence guarantee
If we're not moving
the needle, you don't pay.
Every site we build is connected to Google Search Console from day one. We establish a baseline at launch and track organic search visibility over the following six months.
If your search visibility hasn't improved meaningfully by the six-month mark, you can invoke the guarantee. The last two monthly payments come back as Firefly credit — valid for 12 months, applied to any future work.
We'd rather earn it than keep it.

1Baseline at launch. We pull your Google Search Console data the day the site goes live and document your starting point.

2Six-month check. At month six we share a visibility report. If organic impressions haven't grown, you can invoke the guarantee.

3Credit, not cash. The last two monthly payments return as Firefly credit — toward a redesign, new pages, or anything else. Valid 12 months.

4One condition. The guarantee requires reasonable responsiveness during the build. The clock starts at launch, not signing.

What happens if I want to cancel before month 12?
You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. Payments made to date are non-refundable — they cover work already completed. You keep the site and can request a file transfer for the standard $150 fee.
Do I own the site?
You own all content and the design from day one. During the agreement, the site lives on Firefly's infrastructure because that's what the hosting covers. After payoff, a full file transfer is $150.
What counts as a monthly change?
Copy updates, new photos, team member changes, updated hours or pricing, adding a page section. Major redesigns or new page builds are scoped separately. Most requests take well under an hour.
How long does the build take?
Standard sites typically launch in 4–6 weeks. Advanced sites run 6–10 weeks. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly you can provide assets and approvals. We've never missed a deadline we set.
Can I pay upfront and skip the monthly structure?
Yes — toggle to “Pay upfront” above. You save 10% on the build and move straight to your maintenance rate after launch ($95/mo Standard, $150/mo Advanced). Same site, same work, no financing cost.
What if I need more than 12 pages?
That moves into custom project territory and gets scoped individually. Write and tell us what you're building — most of the time it's more manageable than it sounds.
